Chicken sticks

Jadida offers you the recipe for “chicken sticks” to taste with garlic sauce.


  • 3 chicken cutlets
  • 2 eggs
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Flour
  • Jadida vegetable oil
  • Provence herbs
  • Salt or fine salt
  • Jadida garlic sauce


  1. Beat the eggs in a bowl.
  2. Cut the chiken into strips.
  3. Pour the flour in one plate and the breadcrumbs in another
  4. Coat the pieces of escalope in the flour, then in the egg and finally in the breadcrumbs.
  5. Heat the vegetable oil a little then brown the chicken sticks
  6. Enjoy them with Jadida garlic sauce
