MIMOSA EGGS

Jadida offers you a very simple and delicious recipe for Mimosa eggs

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • Salt and pepper
  • 4 tbsp. Jadida mayonnaise

Preparation

  1. In a pot of boiling water, cook the eggs for about 10 min.
  2. When the eggs are cooked, run them under cold water, peel them and cut them in half. Separate whites from yellows.
  3. Place the egg yolks in a bowl and add the Jadida mayonnaise and salt and pepper.
  4. Crush and mix everything until the mixture becomes smooth.
  5. Fill each white with this mixture, you can drop a few parsley leaves to decorate.
  6. Place in the fridge, and serve very cold.
