Preparation
- In a pot of boiling water, cook the eggs for about 10 min.
- When the eggs are cooked, run them under cold water, peel them and cut them in half. Separate whites from yellows.
- Place the egg yolks in a bowl and add the Jadida mayonnaise and salt and pepper.
- Crush and mix everything until the mixture becomes smooth.
- Fill each white with this mixture, you can drop a few parsley leaves to decorate.
- Place in the fridge, and serve very cold.
