Ingredients

Ingredients for 12 muffins:

  • 2 pears, cut into pieces
  • 75g coarsely chopped walnuts
  • 100g of flour
  • 100 g sugar
  • 100 g margarine
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 vanilla sugar
  • Baking powder
  • 12 small muffin cups

Preparation

  1. Mix jadida with the sugar and vanilla sugar then incorporate the flour and the baking powder. Mix until a smooth paste is obtained. Finally, incorporate the nuts and the pear pieces and gently coat them with the dough.
  2. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Place the cups in the muffin cups and completely fill each with the mixture.
  3. Place in the oven and cook for about fifteen minutes. let cool completely.
