Preparation
- In a bowl, combine the flour, starch flour, egg and water until you get a smooth dough. Pour the breadcrumbs into a bowl.
- Separate the rings from the onions. Dip them one by one in the dough, then turn them several times in the breadcrumbs to coat them well. Reserve on a tray without stacking them.
- Preheat the Jadida oil in a sauté pan and fry the slices in batches until they are golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper.
- Serve hot
