BREADED ONIONS

Jadida offers you a delicious and economical recipe to make "Breaded Onions"

Ingredients

  • 75 g flour
  • 75 g starch flour
  • 180 ml of water
  • 150 g breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • Jadida vegetable oil
  • 2 white onions, sliced

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, combine the flour, starch flour, egg and water until you get a smooth dough. Pour the breadcrumbs into a bowl.
  2. Separate the rings from the onions. Dip them one by one in the dough, then turn them several times in the breadcrumbs to coat them well. Reserve on a tray without stacking them.
  3. Preheat the Jadida oil in a sauté pan and fry the slices in batches until they are golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper.
  4. Serve hot
